cramped roomflat pillows
The room i booked, a "queen room ground floor", felt cramped. it was difficult to move around freely. the bathroom was also tiny. The shower was so small, it felt claustrophobic. it really impacted my stay. the flat pillows did not help either. I had a terrible sleep.

the location was really central. i liked that it was close to major attractions. the staff were friendly, and they offered great suggestions for local restaurants. the room was quiet, a benefit after long days.
the room was smaller than i expected. there was minimal space for luggage. the bathroom was also quite compact. i found the shower area particularly small.
